My mouth is already watering at the thought of having one of the amazing smoothie concoction. Not only is the ideal smoothie rich in vitamins and nutrients, it is also an alternative to sugary drinks which speeds up aging, increases weight and exposes you to health risk. Smoothies provide you with healthy sugars and is an ideal alternative for carbonated drinks. If you are on a weight loss journey, smoothies should be a must have daily. So let’s get started.
Today we will be learning to make the king of all smoothies. I call it the HEALTH ACTIVATION SMOOTHIE. This smoothie is packed with Vitamin C, Coloured Fruits for anti-aging and Citric acids. You need:
Smoothie Blender or your regular blender
Oranges, pawpaw, pineapples, bananas, pumpkin leave, golden melon, strawberries, mangos, cucumber
Milk (whole or slim)
Wash the fruits thoroughly. Peel and slice oranges and pawpaw. Remove the seeds. Wash your pumpkin leaves and squeeze dry. Cut up your golden melon, cucumber, strawberries leaving the seeds in. Cut up the mango skins.
Place fruits and leave in a blender, splash a little milk in it with a little water and blend for 10-20 seconds. Add your ice cubes and blend for 10 seconds or until mixture is properly blended. Pour this yummy concoction into a glass jar and keep in the fridge until you are ready to drink it.
Remember to place leftover in the fridge. You can even make smoothie ice cubes with the leftovers.
